Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

• Delivery Time: Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

• Local Delivery/Pickup: Free local delivery and pickup available in Miami-Dade & Broward Counties (by appointment).

• Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.

• International Shipping: Available; delivery times vary by country. Customers are responsible for customs fees or import taxes.

• 30-Day Returns: Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Eligibility: Items must be unused and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened oils, candles, or personal care items may only be returned if defective.

• Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method once we receive your return.

• Exchanges: Defective or incorrect items will be replaced at no additional cost.

• Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
